AppXpose ("we", "our", "the app") is a mobile application that analyzes installed apps on your Android device for privacy risks, security concerns, and quality issues. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data.

Data We Collect

• Installed app metadata — package names, app names, version numbers, and install sources of apps on your device. This data is sent to our server for AI-powered analysis.
• Device advertising ID — collected by Google AdMob to display ads.
• Purchase information — managed by Google Play Billing for premium subscriptions.
• Diagnostic data — crash logs and performance data collected by integrated SDKs.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not access, read, or transmit the content of your apps (messages, photos, files, etc.).
• We do not collect your contacts, call logs, SMS, or browsing history.
• We do not collect precise location data.
• We do not collect email addresses, names, or personal account information.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with data brokers or advertisers.

How We Use Your Data

• App metadata is sent to our AI analysis service (Claude by Anthropic) to generate privacy and security reports. Analysis results are cached on our server to improve performance.
• Advertising IDs are used by Google AdMob to display relevant ads.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. All network communication uses HTTPS with certificate pinning. Analysis results are cached server-side for performance and automatically expire.

Your Rights

You can:

• Clear locally cached analysis data from Settings.
• Revoke app permissions at any time through your device settings.
• Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability, rectification, and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
